PROCEDURE (NOT EMAIL TEMPLATE) - GWQ International House Gym Access - Burgoyne Residents

As you may know, the leaseholders and residents at Burgoyne House do not have access to the International Gym. To provide them with access, the below steps will have to be followed:


  1. A unique Burgoyne House Gym Access Request form, linked here - https://zfrmz.eu/A2C8zTtcGKM3UqRnGrCI.
  2. This can be made available to Burgoyne House property owners (it must be completed by property owners only) who wish to request access for their property’s occupants only.
  3. The form has terms and conditions.
  4. When the form is submitted the following will happen: -
    1. The GWQ Management team and client finance team will be notified to trigger the following, this notification includes detailed instructions: -

                                                i.     Client finance - Gym Access Fee billing as per T&Cs – Marco is aware of the same and will create a GWQ Gym Access Fund on Qube when needed.

                                               ii.     GWQ Management – Check application and confirm all is correct, ensuring it is the property owner (by checking the ownership record on Planner under Properties > Qube Leaseholder Details).

    1. The requester will be issued a notification, with the GWQ Management Team copied in, requesting that their property occupants (if not them) be provided with links to the POD Resident Registration Form and GWQ HCS Form for completion.
  1. Only once the relevant resident registration, HCS have been completed and actions above progressed should fob access be granted to the International House Gym.
  2. Note the internal notification includes a link to a report of all access requests made historically.
