We have been informed that you will be moving in to apartment XXX Alington House.
I am writing you this email to hopefully make your move in process as smooth as possible.
To register as a resident of Alington House, you will have to fill out the registration form on the link below:
This form is also used for you to give us consent if you want us to accept parcels on your behalf.
Once we have you as a confirmed resident, you will receive an email with details for our app and you can create an account there.
You will be able to access all necessary information regarding the development and your property via the app.
If you wish to have biometric access to the building, you are more than welcome to come by the concierge desk on your move in day or any time after that to set it up.
If you will be arriving with a moving van, you can book a loading bay for it on the following link:
Please note that the loading bay needs to be booked 48 hours prior to your arrival time.
We do also have a trolley which can be borrowed to make your move in easier.
