When experiencing issues with the LeGrand panel being unresponsive/blank, please follow the steps on the attached guide. If these steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to arrange a Legrand specialist visit. (REMOVE NEXT PHRASE IF LEASEHOLDER --->>) If the panel does not reset, please ensure to communicate with your Letting Agent and/or Landlord so they can assist you in arranging the specialist visit.
