TRAINING - How To Log A Parcel
- When logging a parcel it must always be logged in the BASEMENT FIRST. Even if it comes straight to a parcel room or delivered to concierge direct it must first be logged in the basement. This is to ensure the resident receives the correct email when the parcel is ready to be picked up.
- Once it's logged as 'In The Basement' DO NOT edit the file and put it in parcel room 1. Instead, Please scroll to the right and CLICK PARCEL ROOM 1 OR 2. This will send a notification to the resident that their delivery is now stored in the corresponding Parcel Room.
- Once they come to pick it up you can use the EDIT option to selected YES for pick up and have them sign. Alternatively, they can do it from the home page on the tablet as well.
