This broadcast contains important information regarding items that are and are not permitted on balconies. The only permitted items are garden furniture (tables and chairs) and potted plants on the floor area.
The immaculate appearance of the estate is important to us, and residents who live at Alexandra gate. Moreover, the health and safety of all who use the development is always a priority. Items used outside at height, potentially put others at risk. Therefore, I respectfully ask that you refrain from this. If the items could please be removed as soon as possible it would be much appreciated.
