For all apartment issues reporting and queries:

Issues that occur in the apartment are covered by a two-year warranty period. This covers faults and latent defects within your apartment. It does not cover accidental damage, vandalism, or shrinkage cracking.  

 

 

OUT OF HOURS (outside the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday ) 

 

 

The St William Aftercare team have appointed EON for heating, hot water, electrical or leak emergencies outside of normal working hours: -  

 

 

Heating and Hot Water 

 

Residents will now have to report heat and hot water issues directly to EON customer service team on 0345 302 4312, or  heat@eon-uk.com any time to report a fault.
