Additional Key Fob request check

Thank you for keeping us in the loop.
Just a kind reminder that due to building policies, we only allow 1 fob per registered resident.
Our usual protocol with missing fobs is to deactivate all fobs for security reasons. Any ones still in use can be bought back to concierge and reinstated. Then, if more fobs are necessary, our management team will be able to authorise and program new ones.
Upon going to deactivate these fobs, we noticed that there already seem to be X active fobs for this apartment and it's X registered residents; our system suggests we have 1 fob recently active today (x.0x.23) and another yesterday (x.0x.23). Please can you confirm if a fob has recently gone missing?
